If I try to attach inbox mail, encoding becomes broken, besides I can see html tags of the original message, like this:

Yesterday i have found out that i cannot send attachments from my hotmail address
Using WLM 2012 and Windows 7 fully updated (new computer).

Whenever I receive an e-mail, such as all the newsletters I subscribe to, all that is shown in the Reading Pane is text and links instead of a formatted document that looks like a web page.  However, if I bring up a  Reply To or Forward window of that e-mail, all the formatting is correct.

Also there is an attachment ATTxxxx.html attachment.  If I click that the correctly formatted mail comes up in my Firefox browser.

This seems to be an extremely onerous way of having to read e-mail, as I'm used to Outlook Express and Vista's Windows Mail, where everything came up automatically in the Reading Pane.

There's also a line in the Options box along the lines of "Show images and external content sent from addresses in Safe Senders List" that I have checked I put a couple of these addresses in that Safe Senders List and then they seem to come through with a row of pictures at the top to open separately, but that distroyes the whole flow of the e-mail and it's just as unusable.

I also have hundreds of saved e-mails that I've imported that are now in this state and I need to get them back as they were before in WM.

Do you have any suggestions?  I've spent hours going through different options without success.

The e-mail account is a POP3 account from my ISP, Time Warner (Roadrunner)

Thanks much.

Is it possible to insert a photo directly on to a  Hotmail e-mail message and not as an attachment. Copy and Paste will not work with my own photos but allows copying off web pages and pasting.
In hotmail I have a set up group contact list with about 100 names and email addresses.  I would like to export that to an assistant who doesn't use hotmail but uses gmail.  I can put it in an excel spreadsheet and send as an attachment, but then she'll have to manually enter all the names and addresses into her mail provider contact list which is gmail.  Is there an easier way to do this?  Thank you in advance for any assistance.
When I receive an email with attachment the attachment is not revealed, that is I can't see it in order to open it.
I have been having trouble with sending emails. apparently this has been happening for a long time and I didn't know it. Apparently since March. I type the recipient and type the body of the email and when I press send the email page goes away, leading me to believe the email had been sent. Well that has not been the case. I have checked my Sent folder to see if it's there.... Nothing. It's like I never even drafted the email. Also When I open the new email page, the attachment icon and everything on that line disappears too. what can I do to fix this problem?
My attchments are encoded; I need to change that.  I was told to move the attachment to my desktop, but do not see any means for doing that on Hotmail.
One of my users has an occasional problem with sending Word documents via Outlook using File -> Share -> E-mail (as Attachment) - it usually works, but often doesn't.  When I looked at the problem this morning, it was also occurring with Excel, but I didn't try PowerPoint.  Outlook is definitely set as the default email application, and I switched it to Apple Mail and back to Outlook with no effect.   Because it's sporadic it doesn't seem to be a preference file problem, but I'll try that next.  Anyone have any other ideas?  Thanks!
