I use windows live email and when I ipen a message and attempt to open a link, I get an error message saying "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action"
What do I do now?

SUMMARY:
After logging into Outlook.com with my Microsoft Account credentials (no problems logging in), I'm prompted to enter a CAPTCHA. After entering the information correctly, the following message is displayed:
You've reached the limit for number of attempts. These limits help us protect against spam from automated programs. You can try again later.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
EXPECTED RESULT: Successful login or the option to make another attempt.
ACTUAL RESULT: Message - You've reached the limit for number of attempts. These limits help us protect against spam from automated programs. You can try again later.
NOTE: I'm certain the CAPTCHA was entered correctly. I made another attempt a few hours later but get the same result.
