I have forgotten my security question and submitted so many authorization forms

I did my ipad update and had to set up my e-mail account again. I forgot my password and security question. I have submitted about 6 authorization forms and still have heard nothing for a new password! I need to access my e-mails and have exhausted every option. I tried the code log in ages ago and still have not been sent an authorization number to my cellphone! My e-mail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I need to get my e-mails! HELP!!!! Just get me back into my **** E-MAILS!!! How could hotmail be so damn shithouse! I have looked at all questions on this and nothing can help me!
