In prior versions, after I sent an email(A), i could hit back key and it would show email(A) exactly as it was prior to pressing "send"

An executive and his assistant are both running Office 2011 for Mac. She is a delegate for his Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts.

When she deletes something from his inbox, the item is permanently deleted. It does not go into his deleted items folder or her local deleted items.

Is this the expected behavior? If I granted her permissions on his deleted items folder from a Windows machine would it go into his deleted folders?

The assistant wants to keep his inbox tidy, but also wants to make sure she can recover messages in case of an error.
I recently started using Outlook for the Mac. How do I automatically bring up the next or previous message when I delete or move it?
I get a spinning wheel every time I try to move from one item to another in my inbox.  It may last up to 60-90 seconds.  I'm also noticing sluggish behavior on other Office programs.  Excel takes 60 seconds or more to load.  I apparently have the most recent software update.  Any suggestions?
If I send email from Office for Mac 2011, people who get my email in Office for Windows (latest version) at times will see poor formatting or different fonts used within the email.  Is anyone else seeing this same type of behavior?
On the Microsoft Support page describing known issues with Office for Mac on Apple OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, there is a link in the Summary for "more information about known issues...":

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=255462

When clicked, the link redirects this URL:

http://mac2.microsoft.com/help/office/14/en-us/word/item/5eb4aafa-5457-4ce0-8aa3-4b58cfdeeddc

which then redirects to a generic error page:

http://mac2.microsoft.com/help/GenericError.htm?aspxerrorpath=/help/topic.aspx

stating: The web server is unable to respond to your request at this time.

I just loaded OS X Mountain Lion, and am seeing some very odd behavior with Outlook, but want to find out more on the known issues details before jumping to any conclusions.

Thanks,

Jaren
