I have  a paid account, my credit card details has changed and forgot to update my profile, i got and alert from Microsoft billing about that and instruction to go to the site https://commerce.microsoft.com to enter my credit card details, for my bad luck it requires a verification through another Yahoo mail which o haven't used for years, i tried with another verification method through my mobile, got a 4 digit verification code, entered it ..

 

It was a surprise that I have to wait one moth for security profile to be updated !!

 

It simply stops there and I'm afraid that I will lose the access to my account which is a disaster since I'm receiving a lot of important emails on it.

 

Can somebody help with this !!

I am trying to update my Credit Card because it expired and it keeps giving me the message " We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect - On 10/9/2013 we'll delete you old security info ---- does anyone know how long it will take to update or anyway we can get the billing page to update it before I lose any storage or anything gets deleted.  Wish this was a easy process----

I am trying to delete my account. It says I need to cancel my billing service, but I have no paid services and no billing information entered. I need assistance deleting the account. Where do I call?
