I have been trying for some time to close my hotmail account. This has led me from discussions with billing support, to conversations with Xbox and back here again. I have been trying to do this for more than two weeks now and i"m constantly receiving
a message that I must "cancel paid accounts." I have ensured that all paid accounts are closed and still cannot get my hotmail account to close. This is in reference to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please assist me.
I keep getting emails that account my be closed as credit card information they have
is not going through. I have updated credit card info in billing support but keep
getting the emails. Billing support shows new credit card info I provided as good.
When will the annual fee by charged?
