Recently contacts added to my outlook contact list, stopped linking with my Blackberry.  I have renewed the Blackberry link and Sprint has determined that the Blackberry is linked correctly and the problem is with Microsoft.  The only suggestion, which I have received is to switch to g-mail, which I prefer not to do.  However, the linking is an important business function.  Any help with getting new contact to link would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on technical support with Blackberry for the past 3 days and I am unable to sync or integrate my hotmail account on my blackberry Z10. Blackberry said there is nothing wrong with the device and they believe it is a server issue.

Can you please help me?

I have a Blackberry Q10 and for the past 2 weeks all of my Hotmail emails keep disappearing from the Hub.  I have tried deleting and re-adding the email account; I have tried restoring my handset to factory settings and re-adding everything; I have tried syncing using wi-fi only or just the data network with wi-fi turned off etc etc.  None of the above works; the emails start to appear and load onto the handset but after a few hours the emails all disappear and the hub shows 'no entries in this view'.  I have tried waiting overnight as my sync time is set to 'forever' so I know it may take time to load old emails.

Please DO NOT ask me to contact Blackberry as this is NOT a Blackberry issue; it is a problem many Outlook.com users are experiencing (there are posts in many forums on different websites about this problem but no actual fix seems to have been posted anywhere) and in some cases Microsoft Support seems to have resolved the issue for them.  I have researched it extensively so I am pretty certain that it is an m.hotmail.com problem.  Also, if you check on http://www.websitedown.info/ it shows m.hotmail.com as being 'down'.

Please can you help as I urgently require mobile access to my emails and believe there must be a way for this to be resolved.

i have this same issue for last three days i have tried all permutations of the settings and none work

i am on EE 4g account BB z10 OS 10.1.04181

and a hotmail.co.uk account

Microsoft has really let us down here as it is not a blackberry issue.

Microsoft sent a link to my email of a reset password.
That was weird.... I never clicked on reset my password, so I ignored it.

 

Got another one saying click here to remove account.
Weird... Never clicked on remove my account...


Keep in mind I was receiving these emails on my blackberry.

At this point I wanted to play it safe so I did and reset my password using a different link from the sign in homepage.

 

Tried to sign in with my new password, it would not work... the security questions has been changed, tried to reset it using my alternative email... but that's been changed aswell(security question and password).

 

Tried to fill out as much information as I could on the alternative way of resetting password, they said I do not have enough information to have someone help me, even though I filled out every single questions except for the junk emails and credit card because I dont remember them and dont have a credit card and all the informations are accurate because I have them in my blackberry.


Now I only can send and receive emails from my blackberry, I dont have the access to both of my email address on my desktop.

I am using Blackberry 9900 without blackberry services. I used to open my email accounts via Wi-Fi. I am using my hotmail and gmail accounts without any problem but whenever i tried to open one of my live mail acc *** Email address is removed for privacy *** via blackberry browser, after submission of password form it displays an error message "Unable to find the requested server". I have cleared cache, tried hard reset but any action didnt work. Although i can access my this email acc on other mobile device without any problem and i can access my other hotmail account with my blackbrerry without any problem. Only i am having problem with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. kindly suggest

Service to my Blackberry Bold ceased yesterday mid-morning and Verizon is unable to help  My phone is fine it is the Hotmail/Outlook mobile server that is not communicating with  my Blackberry

I have two questions:

a. I can't open my e-mail account  on the blackberry, even I have edit my password,.

b. I have done reset my  apple ID  and there is notification has been sent to my e-mail account (Hotmail). However, no e-mail come to my Hotmail account.

 

Please advise for my both cases.

My Hotmail calendar was happily syncing onto my Blackberry Q10 calendar just fine until just a few days ago. Now there are no calendar entries on my blackberry although they appear on both my Outlook calendar and the Hotmail/outlook calendar on my computer. I tried deleting the Hotmail account on my blackberry and adding it again but it keeps saying there is an error. When I click on the tab on the blackberry to choose which calendar should appear, it says there are none. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone else have a solution? I had been previously just using the Outlook calendar (not the website, the software) to sync with my old blackberry, but the service technician at Rogers told me to use the Hotmail cloud (which I know is now also called Outlook just to be confusing). He set it up and it worked fine until a few days ago. I called Rogers and they said they didn't know why the calendar wasn't appearing on my blackberry so I am stuck.
