Repro steps:

In Outlook 2013, start a new message (where the format is Rich Text).  Type the following text into the message:

“This is text.  Now I’m going to press Enter once after the upcoming period.

And I now have a second line.  There is no white space (blank line) between these two lines of text, which is exactly how I like it.”

Copy and paste that text into a new outlook.com message.  Looks fine in the draft.  No white space between the lines.  Send that message.

After sending that message, go to the Sent folder and look at the message.

Actual behavior:

The message appears with a white space (blank line) between the two lines of text.  This is not WYSIWYG.  Which, in turn, makes me wonder if that’s how the recipient sees it.  I don’t want the recipient to see a blank line between the two lines of text.  Regardless, I have no idea how my message appears to the recipient.  Not good.

Expected behavior:

The Sent version of the message appears EXACTLY as it appeared when I clicked Send.

I have a blank line in the top of my blocked sender list.  Every time I try to remove the blank entry I get a message that Hotmail is not available. I can successfully remove any other entry in my blocked senders list.

I think this blank entry is responsible for an error I get whenever hotmail syncs with outlook.
