I CAN sign into my hotmail account .. its just that once i'm in there .. when I go to delete an unread email, or open an email, it goes to a blank screen .. I don't know what this problem is or how to fix it, and no one via Microsoft Tech Support, or online chat can help me ..

I have tried all steps to fix this I have found.

I have cleared the cache and temp folders. I've tried different browsers. I've tried private browsing sessions. I have not used Office 365.

It seems like its logging in normally but then nothing.

Update: I tried a different email address and logged in no problem

I try logging into the outlook.com/live login and I get a blank screen.

 

I login via my @ballstate.bsu.edu account and instead of taking me to view my mail folders, it redirects to this page and displays a blank screen:

I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox, and IE10 (all same result)
I have tried this on home PC, Work PC and android device (all same result)

I cannot connect through the android device mail app either.

 

I have updated all versions of all browsers. I have cleared all caches and temp files.

 

This error started 3 days ago and still persists.

I sign into hotmail but get redirected from the inbox to a blank screen with the URL https://dub114.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855. I've had this issue for about 24hours now and I'm therefore unable to use the email facilities.  I'm able to see the inbox for about a second  before I'm redirected to the blank screen so it's frustrating knowing that I have new mail which I'm unable to access.

I've cleared the cache and browsing history etc but this does not help.


YESTERDAY when I clicked on Junk I got a split-second view of my Junk folder, then a blank screen.

TODAY when I click on something in my Inbox, I get a blank screen.  Or I get a split-second view of my Inbox, apparently including an answer to yesterday's query, followed by a blank screen.   

So now I can't use my email at all.

With all due respect, I don't want to start a discussion:  I want Microsoft to fix the problem.  I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem.  Let's face it:  it's Microsoft's problem too.
I have just updated my mac book pro with the latest update and now when I go into outlook it tells me I have messages in my inbox and in my folders but all I see is a blank screen.

and a number of the folders are now empty please can you advise me what to do
When I access hotmail through IE9, using either www.hotmail.com or the outlook address i just get a blank screen.  The URL in the box is correct and indicates sign in.
I am wanting to edit my contacts list. When I ask for the list all I get is a (nearly) blank screen. There is a small orange bar across the top - but the rest is blank. How can I see my contacts list please?
When I am in my hotmail inbox & click on calendar all I get is a blank screen with in the middle a" red cross and the word loading"  Calender does not load. Recently altered security settings to get rid of pesky inbox ads. Restored settings to original (I think ) but still can't  acess Calendar. Help please.
