Hotmail works fine, BUT it opens in BLUE. How do I restore it to it’s natural color, and normal hotmail????

Hotmail does not open as before.. It now opens in BLUE,, How can I restore this to it's original version ????

I can open hotmail, but my messgaes are blue and inbox is stretched, and I cannot open anything. please help. thank you.

this happened first on safari, but i tried chrome and it worked fine. now it is happening on chrome too, two weeks later.

Hi folks,

 

Firstly, my Hotmail pages could was ORANGE but for some reason it has now changed to BLUE ??  i am not sure if this is within conjunction with the next problem :-

 

i am not sure why, but this evening when a few emails started coming in they began merging with each other.  For instance, Johns emails arrives and it says i have 1 x message in my Inbox (and i can visibly see it).  Then Janes email arrives but kind of combines with the first email and then it says i have 1 x message in my Inbox again !!!  When i open the email it has BOTH emails inside.  It looks like its part of a 'conversation' if that makes sense ??

 

Hope someone can help as i am a very basic user and was quite happy with the old way its been running for the last ten years for me.  What has just happened has really messed me up and i am struggling to manage with it.  Would be great if someone can help please.

Hotmail not working correctly. MSN Messenger taking forever to download

I am still getting problems using Hotmail. This has started since Friday evening. It was working spasmodically this morning and I was able to read mails and send replies briefly. Now the problem has reappeared. The webpage that dowloads is Blue print  instead of the usual black and MSN Messenger is taking ages to download. If this keeps happening I will have to use my BT email address for work, because my hotmail service has been my main working address for years!

How do I delete contacts that I no longer need when I have no toolbar either in the new "orange colour" or the blue? There’s no options….

I've tried the same way as answered in previous questions as well as right clicked for a "delete" option, but I have nothing...

Can’t open/respond to emails. Page is all mixed up and blue.

When I can get into email, screen is not the same.  Everything on left is in blue.  Shows that I have emails, but won't let me open.  Sometimes I can get in and everything looks OK, but won't let me open the emails.  Sometimes I can open, but it won't let me reply.  When I hit reply, screen is all messed up.

In the past few days I have begun seeing a small blue down arrow next to all of the messages that appear in my Junk folder.  This has never happened before, and I'l like to know what it means.
