Question about Outlook Express

For the last month I have signed on to Hotmail and every time I try to read my email it crashes and my computer goes to the blue screen. Sometimes it's the first email and sometimes I can read two or three before it crashes.  It's very annoying because I have to wait for my computer to reboot and start all over again.
