Question about Outlook Express

My email account was recently hacked.  Password had been changed. Had numerous calls about an email that was sent from my account requesting money for a bogus reason be sent.  When I was able to get back into the account I found that everything had been changed to Arabic instead of English and my contact list had been deleted.  My email was also being forwarded to this account (removed email address for security reasons). I have no idea who this account belongs to or why they want to receive my emails.
