Running Mavericks OS. Installed Office 2011 couple days ago.
Problem is with Outlook. When ever I get a new email my dock icon won't bounce. Not even once. With my old Entourage, icon used to bounce until I clicked it. I have it set to bounce in preferences Checked Bounce Outlook icon in dock but it doesn't work. I have
display alert on my desktop checked and it does display alert but it displays briefly and sometimes I am away from computer when it does. I would love to get the dock icon to bounce until I click it like it did in Entourage. Thanks in advance for any help

If I click 'Delete and Block' with the option in the 'Safety Options' 'Blocked Senders' tab, tick the box to 'Bounce the blocked messages back o the sender' What information gets sent?

Is it possible to get the Microsoft Office Reminders icon to bounce more than once in the dock when a flag or reminder alert is triggered? One bounce is just too easy to miss. I'm sure in past versions of Reminders the icon used to carry on bouncing
until you acknowledged it, which is what you want it to do.
