Can’t open email. All headings have moved to left border with bullet points in front. The rest of the page is empty

When I
click
on
an
email
to open
it.
It is
moved to
the 
deleted file.
I can not
open the 
deleted
file, or
any past 
emails
in the 
other folders.

problem with seeing emails in inbox

when I sign into my hotmail account, the screen does not display properly, ie shows bullet points with headings.   when I select the inbox, the screen display a blank page.

 

any ideas?
