Hi
I am trying to send emails from my business domain (mail.sweetgibraltarweddings.com) to clients who use Hotmail as their email platform.
When I send the email it never arrives in either their Inbox or Junk mail folders. I don’t receive any kind of failure message either. When I check the mail log it is sent ok. However, when any of my clients uses another email service provider such as gmail etc there is no problem, emails are received and sent back.
Could my domain be on some blacklisted or blocked by hotmail due to the amount of clients we have who uses hotmail as their email platform?
The 2 email addresses I use are:
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I really need this sorting out pretty quick, as I have clients marrying as early as next week and the only source of contact I have with them is by email.
Your help is much appreciated.
Chamaine
