I want add a new email (pop) account.
When i click the + button an the accounts section, then select 'email' the accounts section hangs.
How can i add a second email account? thanks
I have an Exchange account set up on Outlook 2011.
I'm trying to save the changes on this screen, but as you can see the "ok" button is greyed out. Anyone know how to correct this?
I'm having some issues with Microsoft Live Mail. The first issue is that new mail doesn't automatically appear in my in box. I have to hit the send/receive button, go out of the application and log back in before the mail appears. The second issue is
that if I delete an e-mail in my inbox, it doesn't disappear until I go out of the application and then log back in.
My account has been blocked. Apparently someone has hacked into it. I have tried to unblock it but I have been unsuccessful. Every time I try, I’m asked to enter an access code which I do not have. When I click the ‘send me access code’ button, I am only given an option to receive the access code through the blocked account which is not use as I can’t get into it. Can someone tell me how to unblock my account. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
When composing or answering an email, I can't go from one line to another when hitting the enter button. It only does it when I am in hotmail.
Is there a redo button/option when using windows live mail? I accidentally hit "undo" too many times. Thank you.
I have signed into outlook and created an email address and can receive emails, but I cannot get the invite to work. It wont send out the invite. the send button is actually not enabled. Help

I don't see an Empty button and I don't want to delete each page at a time...

I am the administrator and my "new folder" button is grayed out.. I tried creating an alternate user account and was able to open outlook and then under the new user name it was not grayed out THoughts?
