I am using Outlook for Mac and am finding that it erratically caches email addresses. How do I ensure that email addresses I use are always cached?
My hotmail screen is a long list of folders etc on the far left of the screen.
I've followed previous threads and forums, cleared the Cache and browsing history, logged on with https address and tried in both IE and Chrome. No luck. Any ideas what to try next ?
When typing in my contact email addresses while composing a new message, I keep getting previous addresses that are not saved in my address book or are no longer valid.
I would like to find a way to rid my account of all unnecessary autofill addresses while composing new messages. I have searched all settings for Cache and Cookie Options, the issue persists. I have also chatted with Microsoft support as well as submitting the issue to support through email, and I still have yet to get an answer.
This is my last resort and am hoping the community can help or Microsoft Support! Help I need a GURU!

Using Mac 10.5.8 and Firefox (but also Safari). Just recently. My links fail to work on sign-in page and when I manage to get to inbox, they fail again to access my messages. Have set and reset HTTP, cleared cache, and run virus scan. Problem persists.
I can access my mail via Ipad. So problem is specific to one computer.
How can I clear the cache of messages ready for uploaded that failed upload due to size (I can only upload 20mb) but outlook keeps trying to upload it? The error I get is DATA size exceeds maximum permitted. Oulook continues to try and upload the data
every 10 minutes for about nine times then quits. HELP please.

i am having a new problem with reading my e-mails from my hotmail account; it has been a very frustrating last six to eight months. so far, this is only happening on one of my apple computers (imac with safari 5.0) and not on any of my other apple or
dell computers. when i get into my account, the format is very disorganized and different than anything i have seen before and i cannot read, move or clear any e-mails. i have tried several of the suggestions but so far nothing has changed; cleared cookies
and cache, etc., used http rather than https, etc. what next????
When I sign into Hotmail, my folders are along the right frame, then there is empty space, and the messages are seen by scrolling way down. None can be opened, the links do not work. I signed in from a windows based computer to opt out of Outlook.com,
and the view on the windows based system is the normal hotmail view. I am using Safari 5.0.6 Mac computer, and all I did was clear the cache, and this has happened. How do I get the normal view with working links back? I tried options, and it says it is forbidden
to change the view settings to "right"...
Thank-you
I mainly use hotmail on Safari on a MAC. Today when I logged on, the main page isn't functioning a I can't access any of the tabs whatsoever, nothing, except to sign out and look at my profile. I logged in on Firefox and everything is normal there. I already
cleared out the cache, restarted the computer, updated and still nothing is working on Safari. What else can I do?
