Invitees not receiving Calendar invites

Hi

 

In the last week or so whenever I create a new calendar entry and invite others, none of my invitees get the invitation. This behavior just changed recently. I've seen several other posts about this but no real solutions. Can someone provide some guidance on this?

Hi. There has been at least 2 weeks that I try to remove a Calendar entry from Hotmail (Live) and it keeps giving me that a "Calendar error has occured. Try again later".

 

Any solution to that?

Reorganize the navigation pane OR create new calendar entry

I recently moved to a MBP with Outlook 2011 and need assistance.  I used Outlook on Windows for years and had the ability to open an email message then simply create a new calendar entry from the message (copying the email into the calendar entry.)  I could also rearrange the navigation pane moving the Calendar to the top then simply drag and drop an email onto the calendar to create a new entry.  Am I overlooking how this works on the Mac version of Outlook 2011 or does the feature not exist?
