Hello,

I have 4 calendars: work schedule, university timetable, free time / party events and birthdays.

I need to have an option to export only school schedule to PDF to send it to work so they could see my lecture to create work timetable around it,

I need to have an option to export University and Work schedule to PDF together (including the assigned colors)

So there should be an option to exports selected time frames (a day, a week, from date til date, a month and so on) of selected calendars to selected file format, be it PDF or ICS or just to print straight from the page.

This is a basic functionality supported by Google, for example, and the fact that I couldn't find it in the calendar.live.com saddens me immensely!

Please implement this option asap or show me how to do it.

Hello All,

I have around 4-5 calendars under the same Hotmail Live account. How do I synchronize ALL my calendars (multiple calendars) created under the same Hotmail Live account into my Android phone using the mail/calendar, without install of outlook.com?

Best Regards,

I use both the Google Calendar (online) & the online calendar at Outlook.com, with Windows 7.

Is there any way to Sync either, or both, of these calendars with the desktop calendar in Windows Live Mail 2012 (Build 16.4.3505.0912), which I have displayed on the right-hand side of the WLM window?

I am a Co-owner of 4 Outlook.com calendars and they all show on my Outlook.com calendar.

I have tried setting up my outlook.com account using HTTP, POP3 and Outlook Connector. The Only one that even gives me a calendar is Outlook Connector but none of my calendars show up.

My Wife, my son and I all have separate email accounts, and we have each setup our own calendars. We are all co-owners of each others calendars. Is there anyway to show all the calendars in outlook, not just my calendar?
Hi, my company is using Office 365. I am running Outlook for Mac 2011. Everyone else is running various Windows versions of Outlook.

Historically to see if someone was busy, I created a meeting notice and added them to it. I could then see their free/busy time and subject information for their meetings.

Then I learned that I could open their calendars and see their time merged with mine, so that i wouldn't have to create the meeting invite. Nice! But can't get it working.

Several people have granted me reviewer access to their calendars. When I go into Outlook for Mac, select File > Open > Calendar and search for and select the person, it appears to gain access to the person's calendar. I do not get any errors. The person's name now appears in my left-hand navigation under a heading "Shared Folders"  When I check the check box next to their name (to turn on display), nothing happens. i don't see their calendar. I had expected to see their calendar items displayed, merged with mine. I do not see any of their items at all.

If I try to add someone whose calendar i do NOT have access to, it correctly errors out with a permissions error.

Further for those calendars that I DO have access to, once I have added them as shared folders, if I create a meeting invite, add that person, and look at the scheduling assistant, their schedule is completely blank! If I remove that person from the shared folders view, and then create a new meeting invite to them, magic poof, their stuff comes back into the scheduling assistant. And yes, I believe that I am creating the meeting invite on my calendar, not theirs.

Totally confused at this point.

What level of permissions do I need to have to see their calendars in the merged view? Reviewer?

Does this functionality work as I have described my expectations? Am I doing something wrong (I hope) or does it just not work?

THANK YOU!

This works for iphone ios 3, 4, 5, 6.

step 1: On the home screen go to settings.
step 2: Go to mail, contacts and calendars.
step 3: select add an hotmail account.
step 4: type in your username and password (if prompted, enter https://outlook.com/ in the server line).
step 5: you can choose to sync your calendars, contacts and/or outlook mail.
step 6: tap done.

Congratulations! You can now sync your outlook mail, contacts and/or calendars.

i have tried multiple different computers, operating systems and browsers.  how do I delete my calendars on my outlook.com account?  I would like to delete my birthday calendar and US holidays calendar and all entries on those calendars.  I cant even do it manually as when I try to delete any birthday entry I get this message:

Calendar error
Sorry, there’s a problem deleting this birthday right now. Please try again later.

All contacts have already been deleted from the account.

thanks for your help.

1) I tried to share my calendar with my wife 5 times by sending her an email at her Hotmail account but her account never received the emails.

2) I tried to share my calendar with one of my alternative email addresses.  I got the email immediately at that address but when I tried to accept and open the calendar it told me the permission had expired.  I guess whoever I share with has less than 30 seconds to accept.

3) I tried to just using the calendar sharing URL but that comes up as an invalid URL on any browser or machine where I try to use it.

It seems the fix is to not use Microsoft's calendars and use Google calendars.  At least you can export the Microsoft calendar as ICS and import it into your Google Calendar.

I have Office 365 subscription with Outlook 2013 on my desktop and I use Outlook.com as a hub for synchronizing emails and calendars.

In Outlook.com I have 4 calendars each color coded and all of the 4 calendar events show on 1 calendar page with the appropriate background color for the calendar.

Now in Outlook 2013 I created my Outlook.com account and My Calendars sees each of the Outlook.com calendars.

When I select the 4 calendars from Outlook.com it shows up as 4 separate Calendars side by side.

How can I get the 4 Calendar events to show up on 1 calendar in Outlook 2013 like it does in Outlook.com?

Thanks
