I am unable to get codes, even though I have changed my phone number - so I am unable to pay my MSN premium Pack $9.95/year.  I have talked to two live persons - one said oh I need to transfer you to customer service, customer service said I can't help you.  I want to pay - please call me at 503-884-6338.Thank y ou

In trying to recover my e-mail account is difficult because it was way too many years ago that I opened it up and the country state and zip code I'm not sure where I opened the account, in the US or Mexico, also the secret question is not correct because it asks me for my grandfathers occupation and he's been dead for years, I always put a pets name or something easier, what else can I do to regain it back since I have all my business clients information in this account, call me if you can or I can call you and I will answer anything you ask me, I hate not speaking with someone.

running windows 7 with a logitech webcam, software up to date on the webcam...in messenger chat box i have no video call option, only voice call option but, video set up shows all is working fine. how do i fix this ??? video calling worked fine in a previous  version of messenger.

Since yesterday's Windows update to Messenger when I click to start a video call the message comes back "cannot connect" I then have to close the program. Normal IM messenging is fine.What should I do?

So today I had to mandatorily upgrade my window live messenger for XP to whatever version this is and I'm very confused and scared it messed up my web cam capabilities. My partner is across seas and in order for him to see my face I web cam with him, he does not have a web cam for security reasons. I NEED THIS TO WORK. I couldn't find an answer to my question on the msn website on if one way calling can be done. In my last version for XP it could I just clicked on this little call button when he'd sign on. Because he can't be told to sign on as I can't call him, or get in touch with him to get him online now, I can't test this. This account is only for him and I to talk in other words. So there's no way for me to answer my own question. How do I, when he signs on next, do one way web camming? If I can't on this version what DL of messenger will let me? I tried calling technical support and was put on hold 4 diff. times only to be told no one could help me and I had to wait for a simple answer and go to this site. I would greately appreciate a clear answer and directions. I'm very worried I can't web cam with him any more. Again he does not have a mic, or a cam. This is the only way for him to see my face and hear my voice, please help me make sure everything is okay for the next time he signs on. Time is so very precious for us with him deployed.

Someone hacked into my email account and sent a message to all my friends and family. I received a call stating a message from me that I did not write. When I tried to access my account I wasn't able. I contacted MSN and they restored my account, but in Arabic. Everything is to the right of the screen, all writing and messaging is in Arabic. How do I restore everything to English?

they call upto 3 times a day and say they server keeps gettin warning alerts from my computer.and tryin to say how to sort it????? is this a hoax ???? they also ask for money near end of call... get quiet rude on fone aswell..say things like ...madam how wud i know about warnings and why would we keep calling

 

and telling me there call centre keeps getting warnings from me computer is this an attempt to hack my computer...an wud microsoft really be phoning me???

How should I report fraudulent calls made supposedly from Microsoft?

I received a telephone call from  a Sandy (supposedly from Microsoft) informing me that my computer was on the verge of becoming inoperable because of several viruses. They claimed they had been alerting me via computer about these viruses but to no avail. If I did not speak with them then they would just call again requesting the same informtion. I have been trying to call Microsoft to provide information given to me from this person but the process is not user friendly.

I cannot make video call on Windows Live Messenger. There is a list of 7 options when I place the cursor on one of my contacts, but nothing for making a video calls . What’s wrong with my Windows?

I can chat but there's no video icon or promt for making video calls..

 

however I can make video calls using Skype or Yahoo...
