Live Mail Updating message

I use Windows Live Mail 2012 and got my 80+ year old neighbor to use it.  All has worked fine for her until about 1 week ago, she gets a pop-up message "Updating your changes...to stop updating your email account, click CANCEL."  (I can provide screenshot.)  It pops-up once or twice every time she uses Mail.  Usually, she can just click CANCEL and keep going.  If she does not click CANCEL, nothing seems to happen.  She waited an hour one time. 

 

She is running Windows 8 and has an AOL account set up as IMAP.

 

I have found some info on the forum and have already deleted and re-added her account, and changed some IE settings.  Still, this message pops-up.

 

Any suggestions?  And, what is being "updated"?

I don’t wanna receive any advertise from any page

Helllo there my concern is i've have problem with my wife about all that page getting to my messenger i wanna cancel all the social network I don't wanna receive any more advertise from any page  i just wanna use my messenger and that'all.. please help me to figure out this situation  

How can I properly delete an email account?

Hello Everyone,

I came up with a question of how to completely delete / cancel the email account. The problem is that I have registered 2 email accounts in the system and both of them appears in my log-in panel on the left upper side of the webpage. If necessary I could send a screenshot.

However, I would like to completely delete the account as I don't want to use it anymore. The account was somehow blocked before and had to be reactivating. I didn't want to reactivate it, but just clicking on the link - I signed automatically and account became re-activated again. This is the message I always receive:
Ihr Konto wurde aktiviert.
Sie haben sich anscheinend in den letzten 9 Monaten nicht bei Ihrem Konto angemeldet. Wir dachten, Sie hätten das Konto aufgegeben. Daher wurden die E-Mails gelöscht. Ihre E-Mail-Adresse wurde jedoch für den Fall, dass Sie sich erneut anmelden, beibehalten.

Melden Sie sich mindestens alle 9 Monate bei Ihrem Konto an, damit es aktiv bleibt und keine Nachrichten verloren gehen.

It basically says that due to the reason I logged again into the account it was activated again. I had tried to delete it using this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/is-IS/windows-live/account-close-account. It didn't work. When I click again to the email in my upper left side drop-down menu - the email gets reactivated again.

HOW CAN I COMPLETELY REMOVE THE ACCOUNT. If necessary I can send the both email accounts.

Sometimes the photo’s in my emails only download if I hit the reply button, & disappear again if I cancel reply. How can I fix it?

When receiving emails from a friend, empty outlines of the pictures sometimes appear instead with those little missing picture logos's in the middle. If I click  reply, they appear, but if I click cancel to go back to normal, they disappear again. Usually it doesn't happen the fist time I open it, but happens every time after.
