- I updated from Windows Live Mail 2011 to 2012. Two things happened. I can no longer send an email to a group. I get an error message which says "the message cannot be sent. Type an email address for one or more recipients in the TO, CC or BCC box." Obviously an unacceptable situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
- The helpful ribbon at the top has disappeared. I now have a barebones menu with many fewer choices. is there a way to restore the ribbon? Thanks very much!

I am able to access email , but cannot open, delete or write new messages. Unable to choose options or anything else. Can edit mail from another pc without any problems.
My hotmail account is frozen I cannot open any messages, I cannot send any messages the only links that work are my contacts, and the signout link. But when I signed out all that will come up is microsoft setting page demanding an alternatve emal when

downloaded new free hotmail and cannot find "forward" when viewing e-mails therefore can't forward any mail
Don't want to sound like an idiot, BUT I was told to download windows live, I did and then was advisesd to configure it, then sync it. Look I'm 63 and although not a dummy with computers, I haven't been around them for 7 yrs. I did look to see if I could
figure it out but cannot, how do I do all that? I just want to download some emails to my computer. Why is everything so hard with "new, better and improved" stuff. :(
Attaching pictures to an email (hotmail and yahoo) is extreemly slow and 'one at time'
cannot set pictures to smaller size (pixels,,2048) as Hotmail dit automaticly..
used to send 10 - 12 pictures in reduced size,never any problem..
Now I'm "able" to send 4 'livesize' pictures ( 20 to 22 MB) 10 minutes time, which a lot of receivers
cannot accept (To big files) What happening.??
Using Kodak email service for sending pictures for now,,no problem.

usually I can access deleted and junk boxes from hotmail screen-on left of screen.Both have disappeared .How do I retrieve them?
I have tried all the help topics on my apple mac but its made no difference.Also i have not recently changed anything or added anything.
