why my hotmail emails i cannot open unless i signed in to hotmail account?

i get this message when i am about to read or reply my email account  in hotmail..why? please advise thanks in advance regards richard

Hello - 

I am trying to attach files to e-mails from my desktop or from "recent places" and cannot.

The top left of the page for attachments is "Favorites" (with a yellow star). Then there is a blank space, and then there is Libraries.

What happened? I used to have a desktop file and a "recent places" file for attachments. They seem to have disappeared.

Microsoft Office Mac 2011- Can’t do spelling and grammar check on existing word doc

Hi,

I have installed Microsoft office mac 2011 on my apple laptop last year. Yesterday, when I tried to open an existing word doc and try to do a spelling and grammar check it says "Word cannot start the spelling check. The spelling checker files may be missing. Make sure the spelling checker file are installed or use the Microsoft office Installer to install the spelling checker." I can't exit out after this pop up appears the only way to exit is to force quit on my apple computer. 
Please let know why this is happening and how I can possibly fix it.

Error 0x80040609 when installing Windows Live Essentials 2011

When installing Windows Live Essentials 2011 I get, "Installation error 0x80040609". These are some issues that I have encountered:

  • Every time I attempt to download Messenger, I receive Error:0x80040609
  • I cannot update to the latest version because of the error message.
  • I’m unable to install Windows Live Mail, I get Error 0x80040609
  • I’m unable to install Windows Live Essentials because of the Error 0x80040609

my account has been broken into and my account is now in arabic. I cannot read a thing. I rcv'd the following email which caused the problem. Please help!

Sorry I didn't inform you about my trip to (Cyprus Europe) for a program,I am having some difficulties currently all because I lost my wallet on my way to the hotel where my money, credit card and cellphone were kept,and now my passport and my luggage's are been held down by the hotel management pending I make my payments.I need you to help me with a loan of 2,150.Euros(approx.2,852.40 USD) to pay for the hotel bills and to get myself back home. cannot get video call on new version

When I click actions video call is on the list but it is not in bold print so it does not work. Why?

How do I find which catagory a contact is listed within so I do not need to search for it?

Outlook Express  told me in which category or group each contact was listed so I could easily find and delete them when they asked to unsubscribe.  I cannot find this information anywhere in my contact information.  Is there anywhere or any way I can easily see in which category a contact is listed in Windows Live Mail?

Missen sent items folder shared mailbox

Hi there, I use Outlook 2011 on a 10.6.8 mac. I connect to my exchange mailbox just fine. When I add a secondary exchange mailbox (of which I'm the owner) I see allt he hanmade folders, but not the sent items, not the trash folder. Also when I send on behalve of that mailbox i cannot find the sent item anywhere, Not in my sent items.

When i log in that shared mailbox through OWA the sent item folder is visible, but contains no items.

The sent mail is being sent though.

Can anyone help me with this?
