Window 7 – WLM program freezes up with ppt attachment

I use Window 7 and don't have PPT application.

When I receive an email with ppt attachment, the program freezes up and cannot do anything.

I get a musical 'ding ding' for every key I press.

How can I close this application without doing a shutdown.

Received a short video sent from son of granddaughter, opened it and then forwarded to many friends ....all received this OK .Forgot to 'save' video and now cannot recover emails containing video from my 'sent' page to enable me to 'save' Please can anyone explain how I can do this. I am on a Mac working in a corporate environment on an Exchange server.

I've been getting an error (-19999 Permission Error) that's crushing my processor - it's looping and bogging everything down. I rebuilt my Identity but that didn't solve it. I also did the Disk Utility permissions repair. Neither solved it.

Would anyone know the route I should go for a fix?

when i click send ,a page appears asking if i whant to stay or leave.i cannot send emails

Is it possible to just purchase just Outlook for Mac? I previously purchased Office for Mac without Outlook and now just want to add Outlook??

Fairly recently I purchased Office for Mac for my MacBook Air. I did not get Outlook at the time because I was using the mail program that came on my Mac. Now I'm interested in adding just Outlook, but all I find is pricing & downloads for the entire Office suite. I cannot find any pricing or information anywhere (or an email or phone number to call... arrrgghh!) to ask if it's possible to just get Outlook.

Attachment problems with email

I am trying to send documents as an attachment but every time i try to send an attachment it says it cannot attach the document because it has 0 bytes. Any ideas?

Have downloaded & attached images as both attachment & photos on Skydrive photo album to message & only get black image downloaded & not picture. What’s wrong?

Have had trouble recently w/email. I can send text email message, bu cannot send images attached at either "attachment" or image on photo album. Each time I select image folder from my pc hard drive storage & try to attach image, it suceessfully downloads the information, but only a black picture appears & not the actual digital picture I selected. Is their possibly some security issue blocking the images fm. being viewed, even though they show they've been successfully downloaded & attached?

I have been trying to sync an internet calendar feed on Outlook 2011 for Mac but cannot. In particular, I am trying to sync an internet calendar feed ending in ".ical". Can I please get an assist on this one?

In Windows 7 IM – how can I message more than 1 person at a time withhout making a group

On the old version of Microft Messenger you would click "Action" and then select "send IM" and put as many contacts in one message at a time....for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do that in the Windows 7 version without make a group.

Help please. This is a much needed function of my job. Thanks!
