movie maker caption

windows 7 movie maker

When you put the caption in the movie, it's associated with the time line instead of the frame, therefore, 
if you add a slide or two in the beginning of the movie, all the captions are no longer associated with the frames because 
everything is bumped down by the extras, but the caption still stays at the same place on the timeline.  I find this very inconvenient 
because it is normal to have to stick in some extra pictures and videos when completing a movie....
Is there a way to put caption in, and tie it to the frame/picture rather than tied to the timeline? 

I have been informed by some of my MSN contacts in Canada that they have received emails from me that when opened display a pornagraphic photo & caption( which I might add that I did not send)

I received a telephone call from my Mother today  & a message from my Sister & Cousin in Canada to inform me that there are emails being sent to them with a pornagraphic photo attachement & caption. My mother has also been contacted by someone posing as me on the MSN chat board as me. My mother has realized that it is not me as it starts odff the conversation with "hi Aunty - hi uncle!

This is the message my sister has sent to me.

"Hey sis! This is just a note to let you know that your email has been compromised (its sending out pornographic pictures/messages to your contact list). I

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! Hope you have a good day - love ya!"

 

II need to know what steps to take to stop this from continuing.

You have deleted my emails prior to August 24 and they do not appear in deleted messages folder. I did not authorize this. Please reinstate.
