I have received an e-mail from Microsoft telling me that my subscription to Ad Free Outlook.com will be automatically renewed on 25th November 2013 and that my card will be charged £14.99. It gives a method to cancel this 'subscription' via the Outlook web site but when I sign in there is no 'subscription' link and there are no card details in 'payment options'. Questions: Do I have a subscription Do Microsoft have my card details? I called the support number and the operative was unable to find an account under either my Outlook e-mail address, my Hotmail e-mail address or my Home billing address? They said that the only way they could search further was if I gave them my FULL Credit Card number. I declined. I queried that if I don't have an account, why did I receive an e-mail telling me about the renewal? They said that they didn't know but my only course of action if I am charged is to lodge an exception with my Credit Card company! I don't think that reply is acceptable. Do Microsoft honestly not know what the **** is going on in their own business?

Hi, have a paid account which is due to expire very soon because I can't access the account to update the card details. I can't seem to contact Microsoft support.

How do I access my own account in order to add my card details?
What is the best way to contact Microsoft support email / phone (in London, UK)?

Thank you
