I am able to send emails but not receive emails. I just changed my host domain from cbeyond to godaddy. I used to have a exchange server but dont anymore. Please help.

I am rather computer illiterate.  I just changed my email host server from cbeyond (exchange mail server) to a basic email option with godaddy.  I can send emails out of outlook but cant receive emails.  Can any help?
