Outbox says 1 email in but there is nothing there. I cant remove it and it tries to keep sending it

Hello,

I use outlook with my iMac and I tried too send a message without realising the size was too much. I deleted the email out of the outbox but for some reason the outbox seems to think it is still there and keeps trying to send it.

I have tried working offline and deleting but there is nothing to delete.

I have tried rebuilding the database but no change.

I have tried creating a new identity on the database and still no change.

Does anybody have any ideas. I am wondering if I need to unistall Ms Outlook and reinstall. I am just worried about my content within it.

My partner and myself both have hotmail accounts and it is only when we use our laptop that this is a problem. When I log onto my account and access my contacts that is fine. But my partner when he logs onto his account and this happens 5 out of 10 times he gets my contacts and none of his. The rest of the folders on his account is fine it is just the contacts that change. Any ideas? it is so frustrating. We access hotmail via Windows Explorer and then Google.

I have had a hotmail account for quite a while but it ended with .com now I find thats the USA one I live in UK and would like to transfer all my settings from .com to co.uk is this possable, I have opened a .co.uk account I thought it would be simple, but I find I am haveing to use .com to use messenger thanks if you can advise

Downloading email is interrupted after about 2 minutes with an error message ending in...Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F. This is a recent problem. Telus says not their issue. How to fix in Windows 7? Running in compatible mode with Windows 7, have tried rolling back to June but no change. WLM vers 11.

My contact groups were created a while ago and it seems that there has been a format change. There used to be an 'edit' icon to click on but I can't get to that request. The best I can do is display the groups. This gives me the options of deleting a group, adding a group or renaming a group. What's the secret to get to the editing function so that I can add or delete contacts from the group?

Earlier this month the family e-mail that our daughter uses was temporary blocked and I was asked to complete a Validating your Account Form I have completed various requests several times to try to reactivate the account but unfortunately I am going around in circles.I believe this has been a wakeup call to our family as to maintain account information and secure passwords and we appreciate how security is taken very seriously. However, it may be useful to advise users periodically to examine their security information, change e-mail addresses for reset information for example the e-mail we gave originally is no longer in use and has been replaced. I have asked for a comparison to make of the two e-mail accounts to try to verify proof if identify I am confident that the other questions were correct what else can be done to prove ownership.
