I am limited in the number of characters in emails I send. How do I send a long email?

When I send an email and then use spell check I am limited to 100 characters.  It also appears the maximum length of my email is also limited in length and if I check to see what happens when I go over the limit the message shows a bunch of gibberish?  Why the limit or what am I doing wrong?

My Charter Size on my emails have suddenly gotten very small. How do I increase the size of the characters again? Thank you.

when i type in a new email and click on check spelling I get the message " first 1100 characters. were sorry we could not check the rest of the message

This started when I was getting a meesage inserted at the staart of a new email. I restored my system to soove this but spell check does not work and still prints this message

Some recipients see weird characters instead of apostrophes and quotes

When I include some characters such as apostrophes and quotes in my emails, some of my recipients get weird characters instead of the apostrophes and quotes that I have typed in and see in the message I have sent.  How do I correct this?  I have tried various mail encoding options and none resolves this problem.  Please help or tell me how to change back from Live Mail to Windows Mail.  By the way, I am using Windows 7.

Went to access email and this is being displayed I have not tried to login, and noone has been at my desk please verify if this is valid or if someone is trying to hack into account
