Last year I signed up for a one year Windows support program at $200 for the year. This year I was prompted to renew but the renewal charge was stated to be $200 a month, even suggesting that that was what I had been paying through my AMEX card. That is
not what I paid. So I was cancelled for not agreeing to the 12 times higher price. Why the confusion?
I tried to install Hotmail Plus, but couldn't, so I was charged anyway. Appalling.
Is this a real occurance or do I need to call my credit card company and dispute this charge?
