I had to establish a new email address as Optimum was bought by Charter. I can receive emails but cannot send mail. I get error ID 0x800CCCoE with socket error 10060. I have used the following specs to fill in the blanks for new account. These were received from Charter. 1) Server type: IMAP
2) IMAP Incoming mail server: IMAP.charter.net Port 143 3) Outgoing server information: smtp.charter.net port 25. I checked 'remember this password' and 'manually configure server settings'. Please help.
