Every time I try to open my Windows live mail, it keeps asking me for my password over and over until I get the message below. It is not a Hotmail account it is a charter.net email account. I've tried deleting it and setting it up again as a new email but it still doesn't work. I know the password is correct because I can go to charter.com online and login directly with the same password also I'm getting my charter messages on my phone so I know the user name and password are correct but the live mail won't accept the password on my computer. Any suggestions?
Error Message reads:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Charter (jteam2) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
