I am using Win XP sp3 and I have set Google Chrome as my default browser. Additionally, I am using Windows Live Mail under the DropMyRights utility. However, when I click on a link in an e-mail the last default browser (either IE8 or Firefox) opens and
not Chrome. If I use Windows Live Mail without DropMyRights it works fine. I also tested Microsoft Office Outlook (2007) under DropMyRights and it works fine, too. I tried reinstalling Chrome, but this did not solve the problem. Perhaps this is problem
with Chrome interacting with DropMyRights? If I run Chrome under DropMyRights it always shows a popup box that tells me that Chrome is not the default browser and I cannot change it to the default under the settings in Chrome. If I open Chrome without DropMyRights
it shows as being the default browser under settings. I have searched for anyone else that has observed this behavior, but my searches have not produced anything useful. Any suggestions?

Hi all,
I am unable to login to Microsoft account through Google chrome but however possible through IE. Is there any problem that i cant access through Chrome or any compatibility issue with Microsoft.?
The latest version of Live Essentials is installed on Windows 7
The Parental Controls will not log Facebook activity on Chrome.
I can see in the activity that the children are using, for example, 0.5 hours of chrome but there is no granular information.
My daughter spent 2 hrs in Facebook and the Family Safety activity log shows no data for Facebook.
The computer is a new installation of Windows 7
Live essentials were installed yesterday.
All the web links to the childrens accounts were created yesterday
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to see the actual activity?
Also, before someone suggests using a different browser, this is not an option, IE is uninstalled.
Chrome is the only browser used due to all the android devices we own.
Thanks
I need help clearing my browser's cache. I've checked to see which version of Chrome I'm using and it says Chrome 30, but there is no Chrome 30 on the list given by whatbrowser.org.
Can anyone help?

I usually save my login sessions on my Chrome browser and use live.com. Recently, Chrome went haywire and started throwing up 'time out or Empty Response' errors when I try to reach live.com. Everything works fine except outlook.com :/
Tried clearing my cookies, restarting the machine, updating silverlight, and all the possible things I could do as @microsofthelps (microsoft support twitter handle) said.
I've tried reaching google support handles but its in vain as usual... I'm really frustrated with Google support, as they have no answers for me.
Live works cool on other browsers. (IE and Firefox)
What might be wrong with Chrome? Anyone? Any solutions?

I have created my account in domain.live.com and couldnt log in to it in Chrome.
Every time I tried it gave me an error saying that my account doesnt
exists. When going in IE it did. Even now, when it is working on IE, I still the same
message on Chrome.
Anyone has this?

Google Chrome is my browser. This year my Hotmail account was automatically upgraded to Outlook.com.
Now I can't figure out how to set up another e-mail as my toolbar doesn't have Tools/Account on it.
