Hi - I am using Microsoft Outlook for Mac Apple; I shut down my Mac because of a frozen programme and when I re-opened all my emails accounts, emails and contacts had vanished. They seem however to be somewhere as they appear in 'my all files'. When
clicking on a email file there I get the message: 'outlook cannot open the file because it is not associated with the default identity'.
I have seen the below tips on the net to resolve this problem but don't know which 'option' key I am suppose to use in point 2.
- Close Outlook.
- Press Option and click Outlook in the Dock - this will open a Microsoft Database Utility window.
- If you have more than one identity in the list, choose one that isn't bolded.
- Click , and choose Set as Default.
- Close the window, and start Outlook.

I had all windows live which includes messenger ,one day it just disapeared,I tried to download it again and it says I already have the lastest messenger installed,if so, I cannot find it.I click on start menu and type windows messenger but it does not

I am trying to send a holiday e-card that has animation to some of our clients. I have Outlook 2011 for Mac. The email is set up in html w/ the image embedded in the body. It works and plays perfectly in my Outlook when I send it to myself, without having
to view it in a web browser. However, when I email it to other people in our office who have 2007 and 2010 versions of Outlook for Windows, they have to click on the link to be able to view the animation. Is there a solution to this problem? It seems pretty
silly that the animation would play across all email platforms besides Outlook 2007 and 2011. Thanks in advance.
I just paid for an upgrade of Office 2011 so I could have Outlook. Outlook now appears in the dock on my Mac but when I click on this it say I must purchase an upgrade. What's going on?
where do i sign onto if not using messenger ? I usually click on the icon for messenger live to send an email. I no longer can do that.

when i click to open a email. It wants to keep searching or loading..
I press back button to get back to where i was and either keeps going or gets a blank page. I try several times .. Than it may just stay on that page and I cant move down the page. what can i do?

Following a cleanup using the M/S programes I lost the ability to reply to or send emails to people in my address book from my windows Live mail . I click on the contact and all that comes up in the address line of my message is the contacts name instead
of their email address. If I go into my hotmail account via Google there is no problem. Please help me!
