No longer able to send emails with Clip art

Hi

 

I am still using Live Exxentials, with a .live on Win 7 and using browser instead of a pop 3 account.  I was able to forward emails with clip art in them, by going to options, checking the box marked send images.  Now all of a sudden, I can't forward.  What has changed.  My encoding is sent to Western European.

 

Any help is appreciated.
