I received email the following email and need to know if it is legimate before sending any of my information: Dear Account Owner. VERIFY THIS EMAIL ADDRESS TO AVOID IMMEDIATE CLOSURE We have recently confirmed that different computers have logged
onto your Hotmail account and multiple password errors have been entered. We are hereby suspending your account; as it has been used for fraudulent purposes.. Now we need you to reconfirm your account information to us. Click your reply tab, fill in the columns
below and send it back to us or your email account will be suspended permanently.'
I just received an e-mail with the title ***Closure Of Account***Last Warning, stating I had to provide personal information again because Hotmail was so congested. Is this a valid request or a hoax?
Please can you let me know how to block all e-mails prior to the account being closed?
I have requested my account to be closed, but it could be another 4 days, I wish to block all e-mails during this period therefore implying the account is closed already.
Is this possible?
