Please can someone help me:
I have had my email account blocked, we have tried on several times to access the account. We have forgotton the password, so Please Please help. There is an awful lot of information on the e mails Holiday records, Club membership information and lots and
lots of other things, we can give you booking details many many Travelodge bookings etc.,. We have a holiday coming up on the 21st September and we are unable to check in as all the details are on the emails we are Flying with Fly Be.
We have tried filling out the on line form with no success, several times, we have made many phone calls to no avail.
Please Please help it has been over a week now and i am getting worried as people are asking me for information and i am unable to help them as all my information is on my e mail account.
