The e-mails say I have won things,lots of them are in foreign languages,they say I have deliveries,a lot use my name and some are just lots of numbers and letters almost like someone is using some sort of code.I delete the whole folder daily(20 plus of
these sometimes)I worry I might accidentally open one of these ,I just want to get rid of them,any help would be appreciated!!!! I am not very good with computer skills so all this is frightening. Thank You!

I have tried all the ways you can think of verifying my account and it's not working. It says my messenger is locked, but I can sign in to the windows live page, change the info, reset the password. My email is verified, and when I try the phone verification,
although I get the code, when I put it in it says is not correct.
I have used this account since 2006 only for messenger, it's a gmail account, it doesn't have other activity than messenger, so there's no spam issue, and there's no one trying to hack my account, this is an issue on your servers, I know how it works...

My account has apparently been blocked due to spam email (I have no knowledge of this so assume the account has been hacked), the accoutn in question is "Removed PII"(I have had to create a separate new account in order to post this request for help).
Unfortunately the process that is in place to unblock the account does not work for me as it does not send the code required to a location I can access.
I keep getting taken to a page that says my account has been blocked, and once I continue there is a question asking how I want to receive the code that will unblock my account. The prompter only gives me one email address that the unblock code can
be sent to but I do not know what account this is (it looks to be the account that is blocked..).
How can I get the code sent to me on a different back up email? The new address I have set up could be used (Removed PII) or even my mobile number (as the account does not have a record of my mobile number that option is not currently open to me).
Any help that is available quickly to unblock this would be appreciated, form the forum it looks as though a lot of people have the same issue so am surprised a better solution has not been put in place.

As of a few days ago, I have lost access to my Hotmail account, [Removed by Moderator], due to it being blocked. Even though there are 2 alternate email addresses linked to my Hotmail account, only one, [Removed by Moderator], an account which no longer
exists, is an option to which the code can be sent. At this point, how may I go about recovering this account?
I have been able to reset my password since then, as I was given the option to send the message in which I could do so to [Removed by Moderator] or [Removed by Moderator] (which is still existing), and I did so of course via the latter address. Doing
so, however, had no effect on recovering the blocked account.
Both addresses are of course tied to my Hotmail account. Do you know what I may be able to do in order to get the code sent to [Removed by Moderator], and get this problem fixed?
