It has always been OK up until now, can you please help me ?.

I cannot log into hot mail from my book mark. A box opens and says Oops co119w.col119.mail.live.com.
For some reason thye cat. groups is no longer in the left col. and therefore I cannot make any changes to my groups. HELP
