Hi. Two years ago, my college created an e-mail account for me using the older version of the Outlook Web App. Last summer, my college upgraded to the newer version of Office 365. I'm still enrolled at this college, and I can still log into this account without any problem.
However, I can no longer use this e-mail address to log in to other services that require a Microsoft account, such as Skype or SkyDrive. When I try to log in with the same password and user name I've always used, I receive an error message stating that the password is wrong. I never changed the original password, and this Microsoft account still exists.
I'd like to be able to use this .EDU account to log in to Microsoft services. Is there any way to recover the password, or do I need to create another new account? Thanks for your help.
