No carga contactos en Messenger en teléfono móvil/celular

Hola

Estoy tratando de acceder a Messenger en mi nuevo telefono movil/celular, y para mi sorpresa, tengo el mismo problema que en el antiguo.

Una vez que entro en www.messenger.live.com, me admite mi nombre y contraseña, pero luego me sale el mensaje: "Messenger no esta disponible en estos momentos". Me ocurre siempre lo mismo, no es algo aislado.

Las cookies están admitidas en la configuracion.

En el menú de Contactos, los contactos sí me salen, pero en el menú Messenger no.

En la versión para ordenador no tengo ningún problema, me ocurre sólo con el telefono movil/celular.

For some reason, the screen display  view I get- When I log into my account has changed?
I believe, what is showing up, is what should be for a MOBILE phone screen and not a desktop screen?
I have 2 accounts and they both at the same way. When using Windows Live to connect- I get a display that is
vertical. When clicking on any or the box's ( Inbox-Delete) nothing happens. No where do I have the- OPTION
link to change to MORE OPTIONS < used to configure what the screen should look like ? I can't read or delete any of my
saved or new msgs .

I use MAC os 10.5.8 - SAFARI browser 5.0.6 ( I've deleted and reinstalled the Safari browser)

When I use browser FIREFOX and sign into--
WWW.OUTLOOK. COM      &        WWW.HOTMAIL.COM  
 I can at least read and delete msg's ---------Screen in this browser is also a MOBILE display (vertical not horizontal?)  NO ICONS  just words
If I delete my accounts- can I re-establish them with the same name and password as deleted version ? Not loose saved msg's

I cannot get  my live.com email account to open up.  I have tried to reset with new password, have code send to my phone, enter code and have ve for about 12 hrs. get an error message at this stage, saying  come back and try again - problem with system.  Are others having this problem?

how come outlook needs f5 many times to use hotmail.

Most of the time, when I open a browser and select hotmail.com, outlook.com attempts to load, but stalls. I need to push f5 many times to get a complete login screen drawn, so I can then login to go to my email. There, frequently, I have to mouse many times to open an email. One click usually doesn't do it. Something is very wrong and it is not improving.

I thought I was updating my xbox live account, but accidentally updated my hotmail account - how do I get back to my old hotmail account?

I updated from [name]@Hotmail.com to [name]*** Email address is removed for privacy *** and now [name]@Hotmail.com does not seem to be available to change back to!
