outlook sign in

Hi, 

i was instructed to redirect my issue to this forum

it seems like there is restricted access to my account. i am not able to use windows live mail ( desktop client ) to sign in and read mails the only way i can access it is my going via outlook.com. I am also not able to log in via my android phone, i am using the official hotmail app but with no success

 

when i try to log in via windows live mail i receive the following error :

Server Error: 3206
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

perhaps this is useful.

could you please look into whether my account access has been restricted in some way.

Error Sharing Calendar with Gmail user

I updated my live.com email account to outlook.com email today and am in the process of updating my email and calendars from Gmail. I tried to share my main calendar with my wife, still on Gmail, but am getting the following error:

There's a problem sending your invitation because you've hit the limit for the number of messages you can send in a day. You can increase this limit by verifying your account in Hotmail. Just go to your inbox and send a message from there. Then come back to Calendar to send this invitation. Sorry for the inconvenience. (redacted)@gmail.com

 

I've gone back into outlook.com and sent her an email saying that I am trying to share my calendar with her but I keep getting this same message. I've deleted my cache and temp internet files. I am on Win7 Home Premium using IE9 and Windows Live Mail. I am attempting to share through IE, not Live Mail.

 

Why am I limited in the number of messages I can send in a day? I had previously tested the calendar by inviting her to a test event. She hasn't responded to that yet so I don't know if she got the invite.

Eu tinha um e-mail com outro endereço. Perdi todas de informação importante que tinha. O que faço para recuperar este e-mail, pois não lembro os dados que forneci ao criar a conta.

Meu e-mail anterior era *** Email address is removed for privacy *** , atualmente uso outra conta registrada em outro navegador, mas uso ela no Hotmail, gosto dos serviços aqui. Gostaria de recuperar meu outro endereço de e-mail,pois não lembro dos dados fornecido que deixei para recuperar o acesso. Simplesmente ficou no ar meu e-mail. Quero ajuda.
E agora até meu novo e-mail, não deixa eu entrar. Ora bolas, o que acontece comigo?

Why did Hotmail inbox revert to "Group messages by conversation"

Hello,

After I inadvertently clicked on the right side bar where says,
Go beyond email with
outlook.com
upgrade now for free
automatically switched me instantly to outlook.com

I was in the middle of composing an email so I clicked the back button and finished composing.
After clicking send it switched to outlook.com
I found the gear icon and switched back to standard Hotmail.
That is when my inbox started to "Group messages by conversation"

Why did my Hotmail inbox revert to "Group messages by conversation" after this happened?
Is there away to permanently eliminate this ad side bar? The clicking area it quite large and is easy to inadvertently click on.

Since upgrading to Windows Live Mail 2012 I have been getting the following error Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820

I upgraded to Windows Live Mail 2012 to solve a problem with sync between my computer and my Outlook.com online account. After I did this I got a lot of duplicate emails. I tried a program Detect Duplicates for Windows Live Mail specifications. After trying it I uninstalled it and ran the Windows Live Mail upgrade program again. Now when I start Windows Live Mail and it checks my email accounts the following errors occur:

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (my account name) account.

Server Error:0x80048820

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: -0x80048820

 

I have no problem logging in and receiving email if I access my account through Internet Explorer.

how can i search for a person that I know is on Windows Live Messenger?

How can i search for a person that I know is on Windows Live Messenger?  All I know is their profile name but not the email address except that it was a hotmail.com address.  I have no other way to get in touch.  I can not restore them from the 'restore contact page' as it is past 30 days. 

How does the contacts search work on hyphenated or mutiple last names?

Just noticed when searching for a hyphenated or multiple last name contact such as John Doe-Smith or John Doe Smith it will only find the contact if I search for Doe. Is this by design or an issue? I tried deleting these files without resolution.

com.microsoft.Outlook.SyncServicesPreferences.plist
com.microsoft.SyncservicesAgent.plist

Also in the User's Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Office 2011 folder delete OfficeSync Prefs
