Outlook.com won't accept any size or format photo that I try to upload to my profile. Every photo, no matter how small, and all under the stated 4MB, that I try to upload results in the message: "We can't upload this display picture. Check to make sure the file name and location are correct."

Obviously since I'm uploading from my PC the file name and location ARE correct. Help!
I like Outlook.com very much, especially the e-mail address. However, I prefer the functionality and layout of Windows Live Mail.
Can I use WLM with my new Outlook.com e-mail address. If so, then how do I set it up please.

I had to do a complete recovery back to factory days ago a few hours before surgery.  i came home started setting eveything up. Went to Microsoft com set up account, since I had a new start and it said i could have a new account I signed up for a new live account and then put my old live account as my second account.  I made sure they were both live since i have accounts linked to my old account.  When I went to my account no mail - NONE. and no folders or contacts etc. HELP. I was in a very bad accident and am housebound.  My only way out of here is thru this laptop.  I have doctors that are in another state that see me via the pc. and to get all of the contacts and such back would be a nightmare among all the others I have.  I do have a back up disc.  I am not a computer wiz anymore and the accident caused a brainstem injury which hasn't help.  So I need some help folks.  Oh window 7 sp1 home premium edition with IE9.

thanks so much

Can someone help me to return to the hotmail.com style program instead of outlook.com ?
In Hotmail, where are the settings where one indicates from whom they will accept e-mails?   I did not find any of the e-mail which I'm seeking in the Junk Folder.  Ancestry has my correct e-mail address.  I have indeed indicated to Ancestry which newsletters I wish to receive and they assure me they are sending them.  Ancestry.com and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** are also on my contact list.  I would like to make the necessary adjustments or I would like Hotmail to allow e-mail from those addresses into my inbox.  Anyone who knows what to do, please respond.  Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Hi,  I had emails sent to the wrong address, they were sent to a Hotmail .com instead of a Hotmail.co.uk. Is there any way I can retrieve these messages?  I cannot have them re-sent.

Hope you can help,

Thanks

Hi all,  I had before a problem with my address book and it was showing mydomain.onmicrosoft.com and most of my users had their autocomplete list in Outlook containing some emails with this domain.
After the problem was solved and my address book was successfully updated to mydomain.com ,I was able to clear the autocomplete for all my users using Outlook 2010 on Windows.
But I have 2 users using Outlook 2011 on Mac (which i am not very familiar with) and their autocomplete still show the users with mydomain.onmicrosoft.com and I would like to clear it , how can this be accomplished?

How come I can not manage my groups as I use to in Hotmail. now when it says MANAGE groups, I can not figure out how to delete, change address,, etc.

It use to be easy,, 1. see the email address is my groups, click edit and then it would be done. I am not able to look at all the addresses in any specific group.  how come?

If I'm searching for a particular website {Belk.com for instance} my computer will show the list of websites but when I click on to the one that I want my computer goes to "redirect" and another page comes up with list of websites not necessarily what I'm looking for.  This just started a week or so ago.  How can I solve this problem?  I've tried restore point with no luck.
