how to stop forwarding from old hotmail account

I recently moved from Hotmail to Outlook.com and decided at the time to have mail from my old hotmail.co.uk account forwarded to my new outlook.com account.  I now want to stop the forwarding, but as my hotmail account effectively no longer exists I don't know how to do so. Any ideas please?

I have just started using Live Mail and it is pretty good but this started shortly after starting to use it.

sackunite.com & rodcling.com send me spam mssages every day. I have marked them as spam, as junk, as phishing scams but every day they are back what can I do?

Every day I get messages originating from sackunite.com rodcling.com. These are spam at the very least, some of them are phishing type messages, also maybe pornography. Everytime they appear, I block the sender, report them as junk, as phishing scams, what ever I can think of. When you block messages, a smug not comes up saying thes sender is now blocked that no further messages can be received. This is NOT true. I just get more rubbish from them. Can I do anything to stop them sending me this ****?
