In Hotmail, when I get a message from HP or Google Plus, I am unable to open the links. Has this happened to anyone else?

Acontece com certa frequência e, quase sempre quando tiro copias: A LUZ do botão LIGA/DESLIGA e as dos CARTUCHOS ficam piscando direto. aparece a letra "E" no INICIAR CÓPIAS permanecendo acesa e eu não consigo mais tirar cópias, somente imprimir do computador.
Como resolver esse problema?

I have been using W7 for 8months or so without problem. My log in has for many years been @hotmail.co.uk.Last 2 weeks I have not been able to access Instant Messaging site as I am constantly told that I need to connect to internet when I am already
connected through Google Chrome.I note also that my IM and windows access log on has changed to hotmail.com. I have overcome the problem on access to windows live log in but not IM service Help please .
I just chose Windows Live mail as my default mail client. Prior to today I had no default. I mostly use Yahoo email as my everyday email acct but I do have a @Live.com account. Prior to the change today there were buttons on my email acct were I could choose a group of emails to delete all at once. After chosing my default today, the email window looks a lot different with a lot more options but those those buttons are gone. How do I get them back? Do I have to view and delete each email seperately? If so that's crazy!!
PS I clicked every tab to see if I could find them and there was nothing to be found.
And is Hotmail and Live the same thing? I sign in with @Live.com not @Hotmail.com
