Hello team MSN.  I have a question on behalf of my dad who is not a very computer-savvy user but needs help to get his @msn.com email accounts back up and running.  He has three email accounts which are together in the Windows Live Mail program he installed on his computer.  Here, he can log in with one password and access all three accounts.  The problem is that he will be on the road for a couple of weeks and needs to access his email from other computers.  He is using the “Live log in” I think it’s: https://login.live.com/login.srf

For the past two days, he can’t login to his accounts from either Live Mail on his home computer or with live.com login via Internet Explorer.  As far as we know, he never received any notification saying that his accounts were shut down, compromised or over their size limits, etc.  My question: how do we make it so he can login to all three of his @msn.com email accounts via the internet at https://login.live.com/login.srf?

Is there any way that I could type/chat with an administrator online about this?  If you need more info from me in order to help solve this problem, please let me know.  Thanks for your help.

Josh

Hell0 I attempted to send an email to the following address: (removed PII). I received a message that Hotmail could not send this email because it was in the incorrect format. Correct the format or spelling to this format name@ hotmail.com. This email is correct and has been used for a long time. I was able to send this email by comcast.net with no problems. This is the only email address that I am having problems with at this time.

My hotmail account has been blocked because mt account has sent out too much junk mail. In order for me to unblock my account i have to verify it by recieving a code to ar*****@hotmail.com. I do not know this account so I am unable to do it. Someone please help.

I use personal Hotmail and my incoming mail has not worked for over a day.  I have checked my junk file, rules, blocked senders, etc...and see nothing else wrong.  This occurs regardless of computer, browser, network (business or home).  As an example, when I sent an email from my Champlain college email addess I get the following error (NOTE:  I get the same error when an I send an email to my hotmail account from gmail)->

Hi,
I've been having some problems with the chat history.
Normally, the files would be named according to the e-mail (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), but on my new laptop they're being saved with a big number instead of @hotmail.com (examplexxxxxxxxxxxxx). Now this doesn't bother me, but some e-mails ending with .number (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) are being saved as example.96xxxxxxxxx. So Windows mistakes the .96xxxxxxxxxx as the file type, and hence I'm not able to open the logs (that are supposed to be XML files).
Any idea how to fix this?
I can't find a way to specify that the file type is XML, or a way to make Messenger save them as @hotmail.com.

Comes up as File down load and Security Warning.  ADSAdClient31

                                                                                    Unknown File type 385 KB

                                                                                    From rad.msn.com

I can only Find, Save or cancel

Behind this is 0% of ADSAdClient31.dll from rad.msn.com completed

Files seem to want to be transfered and there is a box for you to tick when download is complete

I can only OPEN, OPEN FOLDER or CANCEL

When I cancelon the top one the whole thing disappears but keeps coming back.

How can I get rid of it?
