I am from Palestinian Authority (from Arabia region) and when I sign out from Hotmail I am redirected to msn.com not to arabia.msn.com
I checked my Microsoft account and found my country/region is Palestinian Authority, I know that I should be redirected to my country/region web site, any help?

After a new account was set up last night the message appeared: "Windows Live is synchronizing this account. Check back in a few minutes to read your messages". The few minutes extended now to 30 hours and the same message still there and the new account
inacitve. What gives? If I may add a second question: Didn't want to set up a brand new account but add the name of the new account to an older account as an alternative, the idea being to get rid of the ending .ca and use .com instead. But .com was not offered,
why is that?

I have just installed Office 2011 on my mac and want to use Outlook for my emails. How can I set up my microsoft exchange email which is a @live.com email?

I do not want a POP email as I check my emails on other devices. I have worked out how to add an exchange email etc, but don't know what the server is or anything which I need to type in. Can someone help me with this?

Hi,
I have mac with outlook 2011 and 3 emails configured. (1 x gmail and 2 x go daddy registered .com's)
It was working fine then just started having sending issues. (all 3 accounts at same time)
I can receive mail on all 3 accounts and can reply forward etc....but i cannot send new mail for any account.
I know that this is an smtp out issue and outlook thinks that there are no accounts associated with the emails but i have checked the settings SO many times for each account and they are correct!
I even tried deleting each account to see if it was this account that was causing the issue...but each time i still have the same problem with the remaining accounts.
Strangely, i have a second mac that was configured exactly the same...and outlook on both mac's were working fine...then started having the same issue at the same time.
Surely if all 3 accounts are not working at the same time on both macs then is it some kind of configuration issue in outlook??
Just to add that i am also running outlook 2008 on same mac using exactly the same settings (until i get the mail transferred over) and the accounts work fine on 2008 but not 2011!
Suggestions???

As of the weekend of Saturday the 10th of November 2012 we have been unable to access our company email account. The reason suggested
was that some unauthorized activity was suspected. We have tried on several occasions to regain entry supplying as much information as was
requested and still have been unable to pass the verification process. This issue had also occurred about a month earlier, though on that occasion
we were successful in gaining access. What is concerning is that in the initial stages of the validation process we were prompted to accept a code
sent to an alternative email. The alternative email we originally provided was h1....@hotmail.com yet the email we were prompted to use began
hi.... @hotmail.com It is for this reason that we had not accepted to gain a code via email. This is main problem is that somebody put to our account e-mail the additional alternative e-mail address hi.... @hotmail.com
Also we have used your links which were sent to two addresses (why ???should be only one!), one of which we do not use
or recognize in order to reset our password. When we try to log in, using the new password, the page that opens still says that 'it looks like
someone else is trying to access your account' and then reverts us back to the page where we are asked 'do we want an email sent'.
The only alternative email which is offered for send re-set code is not one we recognize h1....@hotmail.com (our e-mail) only
the hi.... @hotmail.com - this email is not used by us.

Are main concern in all this is that we have a number of client contacts stored in that account along with several personal emails.
We are happy to provide additional information such as content of received emails or content of folders..although we can not be expected
to know all of the hundreds of those stored. You are welcome to look into the folder Companies House and you will see details of our company
number. You will also note that our company information is listed in the signature at the foot of each sent email.

Email signin is blocked. Have tried password reset, account recovery and read through forum entries. Have completed questionnaire multiple times in past few days, but no validation from Microsoft. Looking for ideas that will work. @live.com is primary
