When I turn on my computer, I hear commercials and they overlap. No program is even open, and then voices come on. How can I stop this?

I'll be grateful to anyone can help me about how to hide or disable "the flash commercials" on my hotmail email box ( the flash commercials on the right side of the email box ) !!
I feel sick from this commercials because every morning and evrey day i have to see the announce of sick chickens or sick pigs,feel like vomiting when I see it..
please any one can help !!
