No email received in four days.  I must get communication from clients.  Please advise how to correct.  I've gone through many posts on this topic and I have no filters blocking incoming mail.  Have also eliminated old email to reduce storage, but nothing seems to be working.

quand je parle sur messenger apres quelques minutes mon interlocuteur ne m,entend plus ,mais moi je l,entend il s,affiche un triangle jaune ,disant maivaise qualité de son et ça coupe

 

 

why can i not reduce a contacts box size if their pic is shown - could before
Why am I showing up as offline to my contact when I am most definitely online? i see my contact come online and then go away again because he thinks I am not there, my status states available. and all of my settings are correct, this is upseting as this is our main form of communication, it has happened 4 times this week already, any suggestions please?
