Following from the prior problem (server-error 5102).
I have a new problem and posted on the 13th Oct. the following message (request for help) on the Community site, under my account name;
“My Inbox does not show my incoming emails prior to 1 October 2013 although I did not delete any of these emails.
How can I recover them.
I have recovered all my "deleted" emails and they do not show here".”
So far have not had any responses?? Should I be addressing this issue to some other location.
As a point of clarification I had opened/read the referenced emails, however they were left in my Inbox for further action. Some how they have disappeared and not to the Deleted or any other folder??
